Faq

There are several ways you can place an order at the canteen.

All Students / Parents & Staff can place their orders directly at the canteen from 7AM in the morning,

We encourage all online orders & payments to be done by 10pm the previous day, as this allows all the orders to be captured timeously.


   We accept Cash / Debit / Credit Cards / Online Payments.    

All Students / Parents & Staff can place their orders on the online portal.

** Please refer to our current menu to calculate your order total.


Once the order is successfully placed you will receive an SMS stating the payment portals available to you,
You will also receive an email stating your child's order and again payment portals available to you.
As stated on all comunication the canteen requires a proof of payment before any food is prepared.

We also offer a WhatsApp Ordering Platform but we follow the same procedure as the online ordering facility.
Please note when ordering via WhatsApp no SMS or emails are sent to you. Proof of payment with the current date also needs to be forwarded with your WhatsApp order.  
     
Please use your child's name and surname as reference when paying.

If your child is absent orders are still prepared unless notified in advance.  

If you fail to collect the food during the course of the day no refunds will be given
(Make sure you collect your order)

NOTE: Orders placed in the morning will be prepared for SECOND BREAK ONLY | All orders for after school must be collected at the Canteen | Any orders not collected will NOT be reimbursed |

Terms & Conditions

It is at Mrs T's Canteen discretion to suspend any cash / credit account if there is evidence of any misconduct, dishonesty, theft, misrepresentation in any form or outstanding payments in regards to the account. No exceptions will be entertained.
